The Stuyvesants - Brooklyn's Finest (Instrumentals)
"“The Stuyvesants” is a collaborative effort between music producer Allan Cole (Algorythm), and record collector Darien Victor Birks (Flwrpt). Both reside in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, NY. The two wanted to work together on a project where they could incorporate several of their talents, related to music and design. They wanted to do this under a moniker that would pay homage to the ’70s. The collaboration allowed them to do four major things, design, beat dig, produce amazing music, and simply have fun."

Sickk.
nice!
Born and raised on the border of Williamsburg and Bed-Stuy myself, I was hoping this release would stay true to the feel of the neighborhood. They didn't let me down. This isn't a mind-blowing piece of work but I enjoyed the majority of the tracks...and it had enough versatility to keep my interest while not straying too far from their formula. I liked There's So many, Soul & Tell and Took Her Curls Out and Softer Side. Could've done without Hustlers and that choppy ass Ooh Baby. Peace and respect.
I have to disagree with RezO Hustlers is a banging track. There are a lot of Gems on here a lil' something for everyone.
Franklin Avenue checking in! This is Fiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!
Really dope!
Nice. Nice. Nice. Been a while since I heard some bangin tracks like this
DOPE!!! I came 2 tsp...
Yeah, this is bombness here. Up-beat stuff gets a little off track for me, but that's probably bc I mainly like beats that you have a chance of rapping to. But there is SO MUCH goodness on this album.
It won't truly have success, I consider this way.
