Jazzscapez, was a 21 year old producer out of Fitchburg, Massachusetts. I dont have any of the details but it is my understanding that he is no longer with us. R.I.P.

This is what Biof had to say about the EP "Not to say Biof is an old timer, but he started making beats, sampling and crate diggin in the last decade of the last century.
In Tribute to Areito, he wants to put the light on one of the most creative labels in history of latin music. A label which released as well as salsa/son albums, some great latin jazz, soul and experimental works. Those records could come only from a country like Cuba.
"I chose to keep the same vibe all through the EP, using samples coming from the same era, 60's to end of the 70's, but I chose also to keep the same drumkit on all songs, free synth plugins, and some secret ingredients. This label is a beatmaker's treasure."
